Dan has had the privilege of serving in ministry since 1988 and was ordained in 1995. He joined the staff of Pure Heart in 2000. Dan has a Masters of Theology degree from Gateway Bible College. Before accepting his current position as Senior Pastor in June of 2005, Dan was the Associate Teaching Pastor.

David and his wife Lissa moved from the east coast to the Phoenix area 17 years ago. Upon settling into the area, David started D.U.C.K (Downtown Urban Community Kids), which is a non-profit organization in the heart of Phoenix that reaches out through after-school programs to “at-risk” children and their families. David later served as a Minister at Word of Grace, where he provided leadership for various departments including children, youth and adults.

Seven years ago, David and his wife Lissa launched a new church from Word of Grace called LifePoint Church that is located in San Tan Valley. The congregation consists of over 700 people and has moved into a newly constructed worship center 9 months ago.

David has an undergraduate degree in Education from Taylor University and a Masters of Divinity from Regent University. He and Lissa have been married for 22 years and have three children; Jordan, Joy and Joelle.

If you had to describe Jason in a word, it would be “Passionate.” Passionate in his pursuit after God. Passionate in the love of his wife, Annie. Passionate in the protection and care of his girls, Anjali (7) and Hannah (5). Passionate for Michigan football.

Jason splits his time between the ministry at Streams Church and work for the largest bank in America. Responsible for the safety and emergency preparedness of over 300,000 associates worldwide, Jason has learned that the “peace of God that surpasses all understanding” is more than a cliché if you are going to be successful in any crisis.

Happily married for 12 years, Jason and Annie are responsible at Streams for working with men, women, and families that are looking to invite God into the everyday balancing act, of God, spouse, work, family, finances, and life.

Billy has been involved with full time ministry since 1983. Graduating from New Life Bible College of Cleveland, TN, he co-founded the New Life Drama Company. He served as Vice president of this ministry for 13 years. The NLDC still operates today and has developed and trained nearly 1,000 young ministers for effective ministry.

In 1995 he became an Associate Pastor at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship in Greenville, SC. After serving 5 years as an associate he felt called by God to plant a church in Scottsdale, AZ.

In 2001, Oasis Community Church was started with two families in a local elementary school. In three years, the church had grown out of the school and facilitated a merge with a local church that had property and about 40 people. Billy's leadership allowed the process to move forward with success and today our property is being used to its full capacity with ministry and a local charter school. The church attendance currently fluctuates between 350-400 per week-end. Oasis ministers locally with regular outreaches to our community and internationally to countries like Uganda, Canada & the Dominican Republic. With the mantra to “Love God” and “Love People”, Oasis is representative of a place where the hurting can come to be healed, set free, equipped, and discipled to serve God.
